Service Philosophy

There is a perception by the public that large accounting firms offer the highest-quality products, while small firms provide the best service.  Clients feel they have to compromise either service for product quality or product quality for service.  We believe that we can do both.  That clients need and deserve the expertise provided by a large firm and the personal touch offered by a small firm.  That each client should feel as if they are a firm’s only client.

Over the years, we have witnessed changes in professional standards, changes in clients’ needs, and changes in the services we offer.  But three things we will never change are our commitments to excellence, to serving our clients and to treating each client as if they were our only client.

 

 

 

Our philosophy is simple – by refusing to accept anything but the best from ourselves, we are able to provide our clients with service unsurpassed in quality, timeliness, professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy.

 

 


Teamwork is defined as “the process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal.”  We define it as the relationship we have with each of my clients.  It is the key to success, both for us and our clients.

Teamwork means communication.  It means listening to our clients and understanding their needs.  It means talking to our clients, ensuring they understand our advice.

Teamwork consists of the little things, like returning phone calls the same day.  It also consists of the big things, like helping our clients through the most trying financial difficulties.  Teamwork relies on negotiation and compromise.

 

But one thing that we will never compromise is the way we do business!
